How To Do A Simple Asian Sitrfry:

Ingredients:

vegetable oil, ginger, garlic, onions, sesame oil, soy sauce

Veggies, choice of:

Broccoli, Cauliflower, Red papper, Green pepper, Mushrooms

===

Other:

Tofu, Veg hotdog, Veg mince meat

Note: Rice is available for everyone
